WHO’S YOUR REALTOR®?
We’re back! This year, we’ll leverage our "Dear California Dream" campaign in high-profile places and spaces to continue to imbue “WYR?” with fresh and relevant meaning, while also adding new real-time messages to build confidence in the market and all California REALTORS®.

In media, we’re partnering with key media outlets to demonstrate our strength in leadership and our expertise during these critical times while integrating into the everyday lives of our home buyers and sellers. Keeping in mind rapidly changing trends and media habits, we’ve created a robust media plan leveraging marquee partners across broadcast and streaming video, digital video and banners, social platforms and even audio to let our message shine.

Share University is "always on" to amplify our message by teaching and inspiring members to share and use throughout the year. From video assets, social media posts and even GIFs, members have everything they need to customize, personalize and supercharge their marketing and communications - whenever they’d like, all for free.

Here are the highlights of this year’s marketing campaign:

Video Campaign: We’re proving REALTOR® relevance and value, by sparking confidence in the market and in California REALTORS® by turning our members into HEROES. With three different client stories, our Dear California Dream videos prove that home buyers and sellers can’t rely on what happened last year. They can’t rely on their buddy next door. They can’t rely on an app. They need someone who can read market conditions as they happen and interpret what they mean to their unique situation. They need a California REALTOR®.

To compliment that campaign, we’ve created a new commercial this year, an honest and straightforward video that focuses on YOU - and the value YOU bring - each and every day, with every relationship and every transaction. Look for details mid-May.

Broadcast and Streaming Media Buy: Partnering with NBC, ABC, Hulu, Peacock and DisneyXP across morning shows, live news, local sports and prime time, our spots will air in big and bold places, both on traditional TV + digital streaming. We’ll air on these major networks during premier programming in core markets and statewide.

With our marquee partnership with ABC, we’re also developing three videos that continue to build confidence in the market giving buyers proof that, with the trusted guidance of a California REALTOR®, it IS possible.

Audio: Where else can we demonstrate leadership and reinforce REALTOR® value? By leveraging the power of audio to capture listeners on the go. With Audacy, we can reach clients and prospects via broadcast radio, digital audio and content no matter where or how they listen. We’ll use a combination of 60-second audio spots in podcasts, as well as15-second tips highlighting the benefits of working with a California REALTOR® in streaming radio.

Key Partnerships: We’re leveraging the “home authority" realtor.com to seed the dream and offer resources to bring that dream to life, as well as integrating into everyday lives with paid social using FB/Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest.
